Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and tracking of information within a designated service area. You will work closely with the assigned Supervisor to input data, generate accurate and timely program reports, and track comprehensive services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can assist the designated manager in the overall implementation of program services. The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and requires onsite work five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the assigned Supervisor in inputting and managing program data within the designated service area.
- Generate accurate and timely reports related to program services and outcomes.
- Track and maintain comprehensive service records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the designated manager in the overall implementation and coordination of program services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes to help guide service improvements.
- Assist with the preparation of materials and documentation needed for program evaluations and audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all program policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the designated manager and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program administration, data management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and management, with experience using relevant software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in a child care, education, or social services setting is a plus.
