Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Program Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and tracking of information within a designated service area. You will work closely with the assigned Supervisor to input data, generate accurate and timely program reports, and track comprehensive services. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can assist the designated manager in the overall implementation of program services. The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and requires onsite work five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the assigned Supervisor in inputting and managing program data within the designated service area.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports related to program services and outcomes.
  • Track and maintain comprehensive service records, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support the designated manager in the overall implementation and coordination of program services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on program metrics and outcomes to help guide service improvements.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials and documentation needed for program evaluations and audits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all program policies and regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the designated manager and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program administration, data management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data entry and management, with experience using relevant software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience in a child care, education, or social services setting is a plus.
  • Commitment to the mission of improving the lives of families through quality services and advocacy.
