Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Facilitate the configuration and implementation of Salesforce and any related components
- Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert to resolve issues
- Establish and maintain Salesforce systems security and user permissions
- Provide technical systems support including, but not limited to, diagnosing, and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Work closely with the team of Salesforce developers to build and deliver projects
- Document systems designs, processes, and results
- Maintain Salesforce data confidentiality and integrity by doing periodic audits and data analysis
- Develop and maintain up-to-date systems, user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
- Work closely with contractors to get them properly on boarded onto projects
- Train users on new processes and functionality
- 3+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Solid understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functions, business processes, and data maintenance including process control and documentation of projects
- Strong Attention to detail
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills including being an articulate and effective communicator and presenter; able to describe complex problems and solutions in understandable terms; able to frame communications to a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience creating custom objects, validation rules, formulas, workflows, and process builders
- Experience in using different data tools like Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, and Mass Delete
- Experience in deployment and working with version control tools like GIT
