Job Description


We are looking for a B2B Email Marketer to support a project for our client that is a Marketing & Advertising firm in Westlake Village, CA. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Plan and execute lifecycle strategies to create great customer experiences that will drive growth for the business.
  • Responsible for the execution of all email & SMS lifecycle campaigns
  • Own and scale our loyalty program to drive repeat purchases and brand advocates
  • Collaborate with e-commerce and B2B sales teams to grow referral programs
  • Own the email & SMS marketing calendars aligning campaigns to support seasonal product launches and other brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and creative team to build and launch campaigns
  • Develop initiatives that will drive email and SMS acquisition
  • Continually analyze and track KPIs within each channel and build out testing strategies to improve
  • Communicate insights and learnings back to other teams

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Power user of at least one marketing automation platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, Marketo)
  • Experience with building out complex triggered campaign logic
  • Experience integrating ESPs with other platforms
  • Good understanding of CAN-SPAM regulations, deliverability & email best practices
  • Working HTML & CSS knowledge
  • Familiar with testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tool
