Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Tracking Specialist to support a project for our client that is a large Digital Agency in Los Angeles, CA.

Essential Job Functions
  • Establish and own process on website tagging, tracking, and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
  • Ability to support a suite of technologies and applications such as WordPress, Unbounce, Zapier, and APIs
  • Monitor and maintain the operational readiness of all landing pages and microsites
  • Maintain and communicate web release calendars across internal development, production teams, and external vendors
  • Analyze operational data from platforms to optimize tracking
  • Project manage critical and accelerated projects within the CAMG environment
  • Provide support resolving functional and system issues identified or escalated by Business Partners
  • Coordinating and collaborating with multiple teams to investigate problems
  • Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes
  • Manage ad-hoc website functional enhancement projects, including planning (scoping, estimation, resourcing) and execution
  • Actively work to support the project team by facilitating constant communication in weekly updates to keep the team focused on delivering results
  • Understand and support teams as they plan and implement campaigns


  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Tag and Bing UET Tag, as an admin and frontend user
  • 2-3 years of professional experience with PHP, JavaScript and MySQL for tracking various metrics on web and mobile applications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Content Management Systems, including WordPress and Unbounce
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets use
  • Demonstrated experience in website management and maintenance
  • 3-5 years of experience in project managing web and/or mobile projects
  • Extensive knowledge of working in a multi-site environment and managing technical projects or website releases that are consumer-facing
  • Good understanding of an agile development environment
