Job Description
We are proud to partner with one of the most prestigious luxury brands in the world to find a highly motivated IT Help Desk Technician with a concierge mindset to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to support a high-end environment, providing technical assistance across two office locations in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Ensure high-quality, personalized IT support with a focus on a seamless user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues and user access requests
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve more complex problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Manage technical requests through a ticketing system and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor while providing exceptional customer service to all employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Current Microsoft certifications (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in systems and user support, ideally in a high-performance or luxury setting
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a concierge-level service mindset
- Ability to work in person across two office locations in New York
