Job Description
Our client, a growing technology services provider, is seeking a full-time IT Systems Engineer to provide remote and onsite support for a variety of business clients—from small offices to multi-site networks. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Tampa, FL.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for client networks including servers, workstations, switches, routers, and firewalls
-
Manage Microsoft Server environments (Server 2016 and later), Active Directory, and Azure/Entra integrations
-
Support Microsoft 365 and desktop OS environments (Windows 11 and Office 2021 or later)
-
Lead or support client projects, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service
-
Act as an escalation point for internal technical issues
-
Train end users and document client environments for internal knowledge sharing
-
Travel locally (within 50 miles) for onsite client work as needed
Required Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or higher OR at least one Microsoft certification
-
3+ years’ experience in Microsoft domain environments
-
Proficiency with networking concepts (IP, switches, routers, firewalls)
-
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to research and resolve complex issues
-
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
