Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Mobile Apps) to join our team, specializing in leading and managing mobile app projects within our digital product group. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving key digital initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile app projects that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for mobile app initiatives, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA specialists, Developers, Designers, and external vendors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and progress.
  • Scrum and Agile Practices: Implement and advocate for Scrum and Agile methodologies, optimizing project workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards before release.
  • Adobe Platform Experience: While not mandatory, experience with Adobe platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) will be highly valued and can significantly enhance project outcomes.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing web, digital, or mobile projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in mobile app development processes, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Agile Methodologies: Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile project management practices, with a focus on driving efficiency and collaboration within the team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and project details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project demands.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Adobe Platform Experience: Familiarity with Adobe platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager, is a strong plus and will be beneficial in managing digital initiatives effectively.
