Job Description
Our client is a global manufacturer of high-tech industrial equipment and is seeking a QSS Technical Administrator to support quality, service, and support functions in a fast-paced production environment. This role blends hands-on electronic troubleshooting and repair with administrative responsibilities including RMA, quoting, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform in-process and final inspection of electronic, optical, and mechanical assemblies

Calibrate and repair high-voltage/high-current electronics and precision systems
-
Provide customer support via phone/email, process RMAs, quotes, and shipments
-
Handle soldering of SMT and through-hole components (preferred)

Collaborate across teams to ensure product and service quality
Qualifications:
-
5–7 years of experience in electronics testing/repair or service support
-
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Engineering Technology
-
Skilled with oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and high-power systems
-
Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics and electromechanical systems
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel; JDE ERP experience a plus
-
Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
Requirements:

Ability to read technical documents and engineering drawings
-
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working with hand tools
-
Willingness to work overtime, including occasional weekends
