Job Description

Our client is looking for a highly motivated SEM and Social Media Specialist to join their digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid search and social media advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI), and analyzing campaign data to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and manage paid search and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (Performance Max, Bing, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and manage bids to improve ad performance and maximize ROI
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and web developers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEM and social media advertising, and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, tracking spends, and adjusting bids and budgets as necessary to achieve campaign goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM and social media advertising
  • Experience with Google Ads and Performance Max, Facebook Ads Manager, Meta and TikTok and other social media advertising platforms
  • Knowledge of ad copy best practices and the ability to write effective ad copy
  • Analytical skills and experience working with data to identify trends and insights
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to stakeholders
  • Understanding of website analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
