Job Description
Our client, a dynamic marketing company at the forefront of the music, celebrity, and entertainment merchandising industry, is seeking an energetic and organized Sales Coordinator to join their team. This role is essential in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of merchandising projects for some of the biggest names in the entertainment world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, proposal preparation, and client communications to drive business growth.
- Client Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Order Coordination: Oversee the order process from start to finish, including product selection, pricing, and delivery timelines, while ensuring all details align with client requirements.
- Project Oversight: Work closely with internal teams to coordinate merchandising projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities within the music and entertainment merchandising sector.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, tracking performance metrics and providing insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role, ideally within the marketing, merchandising, or entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Passion for music, celebrity culture, and the entertainment industry is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with merchandising or promotional products.
- Background in marketing, sales, or client-facing roles within creative industries.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes related to merchandise production and distribution.
