Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial objectives and resolve any financial issues.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
- Assist with annual audits and tax preparation.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems. SAP Preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
