Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to support a project for our client that is a large manufacturing company in Linthicum Heights, Maryland.

  • Leverages key customer data, requirements, and industrial competitive landscape to drive JACS product strategy execution, i.e., product portfolio, cost effective design, time to market, evolution, life cycle, etc.
  • Conducts market research and responds by creating appropriate products, technical specifications, and product descriptions with near terms focus on addressing CBRS private LTE networks markets and opportunities.
  • Aligns with the company mission and vision, and sales strategy to determine product strategy and competitive positioning.
  • Maintains company’ s product competitive edge and establishing leading position for

JACS products and solutions.
  • Develops product solutions to address key customers pain points and strengthens customer loyalty.
  • Works closely with R&D for product development, implementation, and on time delivery.
  • Defines and documents product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales.

Product marketing focused (up to 40%):
  • Develops product marketing strategy based on understanding customer needs, industrial trend, competitive intelligence.
  • Provides sales and pre-sales support with product training, product positioning and messaging.
  • Identifies HW/SW strategic 3rd party partners to form certain JACS’ s solutions for strategic customers.

Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’ s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in related field.
  • Master’ s degree in electrical engineering strongly encouraged.
  • 10+ years related experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in interactions with R&D teams based in China and Taiwan.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word. Salesforce, Salesforce Pardot.
  • Proven leadership and business acumen skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
