This role is critical in driving personalized customer experiences across various channels using the Adobe suite of tools.
Job Description:
Position Overview: As the Senior Manager of Personalization, you will be responsible for leveraging the Adobe suite of tools, including Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target, to create highly personalized experiences across channels such as web, email, mobile, digital ads, and call centers. This role requires a deep understanding of 1:1 personalization, segmentation, next best action, A/B testing, clickstream data, and multi-variant testing. You will lead and own the development of a comprehensive personalization roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive personalization roadmap to enhance customer experience across multiple channels.
- Leverage Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target to create and manage personalized marketing campaigns.
- Utilize 1:1 personalization techniques, segmentation, and next best action strategies to optimize customer interactions.
- Conduct A/B testing and multi-variant testing to assess the effectiveness of personalization efforts.
- Analyze clickstream data to understand customer behavior and refine personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and consistent personalization across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on the performance of personalization initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in personalization technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personalization, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with the Adobe suite of tools, including Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target.
- Strong understanding of 1:1 personalization, segmentation, next best action, A/B testing, clickstream data, and multi-variant testing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful personalization strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
