This role is part of a collaborative IT team responsible for implementing, enhancing, and supporting Dynamics-based capabilities across finance, purchasing, budgeting, and related business functions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the application owner for assigned business systems throughout their lifecycle.

  • Analyze, document, and clarify business requirements to properly model processes within Dynamics 365 Finance.

  • Configure, test, maintain, and document system enhancements and integrations.

  • Support Finance, Budget, Payroll, and other business units in leveraging Dynamics 365 Finance functionality.

  • Provide hands-on expertise in modules such as General Ledger, Budgeting, Procurement & Sourcing, and Project Management & Accounting.

  • Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and system capability.

  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and support providers.

  • Stay current on new Microsoft Dynamics releases and present improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience configuring, developing, and supporting COTS, SaaS, or PaaS applications.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including key financial and procurement modules.

  • 2+ years of experience with waterfall or agile methodologies.

  • 2+ years of experience writing SQL queries.

  • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 implementations, data migration, workflows, and system optimization.

  • Preferred: experience in software development/support, business analysis, financial analysis, and/or project leadership.

  • Preferred certifications: ITIL v3+ and Agile Scrum Foundation.

  • Must be able to pass a background check and possess (or obtain) a valid Colorado driver’s license.
