Job Description


We are looking for a Full Stack PHP Developer to support a project for our client that is a large Digital Agency in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person and remote training classes and/or workshops for Panda Associates.
  • Conduct subject-based training demos and workshops.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with managers.
  • Develop training material, documentation, quick tips and/or best practice guides
  • Create 'How To" training videos and FAQ's, as required.
  • Attend weekly and/or monthly training department meetings, and others as needed.
  • Provide training and floor support for software deployments on an as needed basis.

Required Skills
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to effectively present information verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meet and exceed deadlines.
  • Proficiency in latest version of MS Office Suite, e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Knowledge of training authoring tool, e.g. Articulate 360.


Required Education
  • Associate's degree or 2 years college courses required.
