Job Description

?Onsite/Remote - Requires 4 days onsite - near El Segundo
SALARY -  up to 150K but can go higher for a rockstar. PREFERS CONTRACT TO HIRE (6 months to hire)
Job Title -  Don't get caught up on program manager title. Can be a senior PM
Tech Stack - ALL their technology is donated by Microsoft. This person should be familiar working within Microsoft (Azure, 365etc.) SHOULD HAVE experience managing development projects + Infrastructure (networking, cloud, security etc.)
Nonprofit experience a huge plus!
Direct reports
- will be leading junior pms. Anywhere from 1-5 people at a time
START DATE -  The SOONEST this person can start is January 17th - their next onboarding

Interview process - 
1st round - HR call (really just an overview of the company)
2nd round -  30 min vid chat with Sheng-Te (who it will be reporting to)
3rd round - 30 min vid call with Scott Martin
4th round - Panel w/ Mike and Jacob
final - formality with CEO


  • Define and drive overall strategy for business enablement technologies 
  • Oversee delivery requirements gathering, delivery plan creation and execution across multiple programs and product portfolios 
  • Develop and foster relationships across departments and programs 
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget 
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential impediments and devise contingency plans 
  • Successfully execute business and technology strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership 
  • Develop and mature the product management capabilities within Team Rubicon based on a data driven approach 
  • Translate business objectives into execution strategy and product roadmap 
  • Understands effective communication across all levels of the organization with appropriate message, tone and level of impact 
  • Lead the evaluation of new technologies and platforms 


Experience and Background: 
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in a Technology leadership role, managing a portfolio of applications across multiple technical platforms, preferably in the application development and maintenance area 
  • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum 
  • Non-profit experience 
  • Experience in non-technical aspects including idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization 
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills 
  • Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to all organizational level 
  • Project Management Professional Certification 
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
