Duties:
- Define and drive overall strategy for business enablement technologies
- Oversee delivery requirements gathering, delivery plan creation and execution across multiple programs and product portfolios
- Develop and foster relationships across departments and programs
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential impediments and devise contingency plans
- Successfully execute business and technology strategy through strong collaboration and agile leadership
- Develop and mature the product management capabilities within Team Rubicon based on a data driven approach
- Translate business objectives into execution strategy and product roadmap
- Understands effective communication across all levels of the organization with appropriate message, tone and level of impact
- Lead the evaluation of new technologies and platforms
Experience and Background:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in a Technology leadership role, managing a portfolio of applications across multiple technical platforms, preferably in the application development and maintenance area
- Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle and Project Management Methodologies, specifically Agile/Scrum
- Non-profit experience
- Experience in non-technical aspects including idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, including conflict resolution skills
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to all organizational level
- Project Management Professional Certification
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
