Job Description
Our client, a growing organization in the medical diagnostics industry, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to support daily technology operations. This role is essential in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems while ensuring reliable end-user support for a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, phones, and other office technology.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.

Monitor system performance to ensure optimal uptime.

Support onboarding by setting up employee workstations, email accounts, and system access.

Assist leadership with technology projects, upgrades, and system integrations.

Maintain IT documentation, equipment inventory, and support ticket tracking.

Serve as the first line of IT support and escalate issues when appropriate.

Associate degree in Information Technology or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.

1–2 years of IT support or help desk experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.

Familiarity with cloud-based systems, email administration, and data security best practices.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
