Job Description
Our client is a global digital consultancy and is seeking an exceptional AI Practice Lead to drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions across a wide range of client projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone deeply familiar with large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and AI coding augmentation tools. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to scale AI capabilities within a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver AI/ML solutions tailored to complex client needs

Lead implementations of generative AI tools (e.g., RAG, vector DBs, LLM tuning)

Deploy and optimize AI coding tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Amazon Q)

Collaborate with stakeholders to define an AI roadmap and architecture

Scale and mentor a team of engineers and data practitioners

Contribute to client strategy, infrastructure, and go-to-market for AI services
Qualifications:

5+ years in AI/ML development, 2+ in a technical leadership or architecture role

Expertise with generative AI, LLMs, vector search, and modern agentic tools

Proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud AI toolkits (e.g., Bedrock, Azure AI)

Proven ability to deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions

Excellent communication skills and a startup-minded, hands-on approach
