Our client, an industry leader in geospatial data and analytics, is seeking a talented GIS Developer to join their innovative team onsite in Lake Mary, Florida. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity for a motivated technologist who thrives at the intersection of GIS, cloud platforms, and data-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance GIS web applications using ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Portal, and ArcGIS Online.

  • Integrate and optimize Esri and AWS solutions for scalable, SaaS-based platforms.

  • Conduct geospatial data audits, quality control, and metadata management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Troubleshoot and optimize performance across web map services, APIs, and database connections.
Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree with 5+ years of GIS web development experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.

  • Proficiency with Esri’s ArcGIS ecosystem and strong understanding of geospatial database design and spatial analysis.

  • Experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud integration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at debugging and resolving technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with telecommunications or spatial data is a plus.
