Job Description


We are looking for a Help Desk Engineer to support a project for our client that is a large apparel retailer in Culver City, CA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Proper asset management for all IT related equipment
  • Ability to solve complex IT issues with little to no supervision as well as to work well under stress and interact with various personalities using tact and diplomacy
  • Serve as primary point of contact for IT related issues and escalate when deemed necessary
  • Troubleshooting user equipment in a timely and professional manner
  • Documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Perform hardware and software installations and removals
  • Set-up of new employees
  • Professional security and confidentiality
  • Willingness to work after hours, sometimes weekends, if required

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • Office 365
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Windows 7 and 10
  • Microsoft Office
