Job Description
Our client, a prominent provider of DMEPOS services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join their team. This role will focus on managing a Tier 1 support workstream and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions. The Junior Product Owner will be responsible for handling customer requests, providing clear and practical solutions, and ensuring effective communication between the business and end users. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing system access and permissions while supporting ongoing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Tier 1 support workstream, overseeing customer requests and ensuring timely resolution.
- Serve as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical team, communicating requirements and solutions effectively.
- Assist in managing system access, permissions, and user accounts across critical healthcare technology systems.
- Provide clear, practical solutions to support customer and stakeholder needs, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, requests, and solutions to ensure streamlined communication and support.
- Work closely with business teams to gather and prioritize requirements for ongoing product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and product development.
- Support the execution of product strategies that align with business goals and improve the overall user experience.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a product owner, business analyst, or similar role within a healthcare or technology environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing customer requests and providing Tier 1 support in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology systems or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for process improvement and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Experience with system access management, permissions, and user support is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
- Experience in the healthcare or DMEPOS industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms, software, or tools.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days onsite in the Troy, MI office.
