Job Description
Kinect is currently seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to fill a contract-to-hire position with one of our prestigious clients. As a Systems Engineer in this contract-to-hire position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of our client. The role involves working with a diverse range of software management platforms, including SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Workspace One. Your expertise in cloud computing technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) will be essential in supporting the client's digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, your strong understanding of security best practices and experience with antivirus and security agents will help ensure the client's systems are protected against threats.

- Design, implement, and maintain software management platforms, including SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Workspace One.
- Configure and manage cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with the client's team to understand their IT needs and provide solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard the client's systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to the client's end-users and promptly resolve technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with software management platforms, including SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Workspace One.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing technologies, with experience in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of security best practices and experience working with antivirus and security agents.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
