Job Description
Our client, a leading global asset management company, is seeking an experienced technology change leader to design and launch a best-in-class change management framework for a global enterprise. This newly created role is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in building programs from the ground up and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement a comprehensive technology change management practice, aligned with ITIL and industry best standards.

Develop policies, procedures, and metrics to govern the full change lifecycle—from intake and risk assessment through implementation and post-change review.

Collaborate across business and technology teams to ensure effective communication, minimal disruption, and strong adoption of new systems and processes.

Serve as an escalation point for critical changes, offering executive guidance and risk mitigation strategies.
-
Monitor trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to keep the program current and effective.

10+ years in IT service management, including at least 5 years in senior change management or IT leadership.

Proven success building or scaling IT change management functions in complex, multi-site environments.
-
Deep knowledge of ITIL and related frameworks; change management or ITIL certification preferred.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Financial services experience a plus
