Job Description
Our client, a leading global entertainment company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-profile studio lot renovation and technology integration project. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and close-out—while coordinating construction and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities

Manage technology workstreams for major construction and renovation projects.

Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and move-in schedules with engineering teams.

Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders across operations, real estate, architects, contractors, and technology groups.

Track budgets, milestones, and KPIs using Smartsheet, JIRA, and Power BI.

Identify risks, streamline processes, and deliver on-time, on-budget results.
Qualifications
-
5–10 years of technical project management experience using both waterfall and agile methods.

5+ years managing construction/build projects with contractors, architects, and operations teams.

Strong background leading technical operations teams (e.g., AV, sound/projection, union crews).

Proficiency with Smartsheet, JIRA, Power BI, and Lucidchart.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
