Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President, Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives that support digital transformation and enterprise-wide strategic goals. This role will be the right hand to a senior technology leader, driving high-impact programs, executive-level presentations, and organizational change. The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with strong delivery discipline and prior experience managing small teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple, large-scale technology projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, dashboards, reports, and other artifacts.

Manage project performance including scope, quality, timeline, cost, risks, issues, and communications.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive presentations with clear agendas and follow-through.

Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.

Provide proactive status updates and recommendations to senior leadership.

Support transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Guide and mentor teams on program and project management best practices.

12+ years of experience in technical project/program management.

Experience leading complex, multi-team technology initiatives; cloud/SaaS background preferred.

Skilled in executive communication and delivering strategic presentations.

Prior experience managing or mentoring small teams preferred.

Strong command of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; PowerBI a plus.

Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.

Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CAPM preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.
